I spend way too many hours at the computer; a much too sedentary lifestyle. I walk, sometimes, but I don’t do anything like the amount of exercise I should.

Now, with the help of thedailyplate.com, and a fair bit of self control, I’m losing some of the excess weight I’ve gained over the last 10-15 years.

Having now looked through the online reviews of the Wii Fit set up, is it, in your opinion worth the cash outlay?

We don’t currently have a Wii here, so it’s quite an investment for the whole package.

Can a Canadian help? As long as you promise to use the money only for the application fee and not to buy guns (I know it’s your God-given and constitutional right, but I’d rather you used it to help the government pay for the war and stuff.)
