CNET TV embed test

This is a test of me trying out some iframe code in order to embed a video. And yes, I wish CNETTV would have embed links so that I don’t have to hand-code this :P. Oh, and the video below is me showing off the new LG Voyager from Verizon at the Mobile Focus show (a PEPCOM event coinciding with CTIA Fall 2007).

PS. Of course, you can’t watch the video in a feed reader, but that goes without saying.

woo! CNET enters the year 2005! Oh wait, it’s not working. AND I can play youtube vids in my feeder, maybe cuz Google owns it and my soul.

To clarify, CNET didn’t actually provide the iframe code — I had to scrounge around and figure it out myself. So really, it’s more like I’m the one forcing CNET to enter the year 2005. It’s because I can’t think of another way to embed the darn things.

Also, it’s not working? Odd. It works fine on my Mac as well as my work PC. Although, it did take a long time to load when I tried to access the blog via a conference room PC, so maybe that’s it? Try reloading, maybe.

And yeah, I think YouTube works on Google Reader because it’s an object embed, and not an archaic iframe thingamajig.
