From Panelist to Moderator

Just to assure you that I’m not at all socially defunct (dysfunctional mayhaps, but not defunct), it turns out that I’m going to be a panel moderator at SXSW Interactive next year. In fact, it was at last night’s Colors of Web 2.0 party that someone asked me to be a moderator. And of course I said yes. Details of the panel are still forthcoming, but I can tell you right now that it’ll be about webcomics and blogs. Kevin of OK/Cancel was the one who asked me, and he’ll of course be one of the panelists. Other panelists are Shaenon K. Garrity of Narbonic and John Gruber of Daring Fireball. We’re still looking around for another panelist though, so stay tuned.

More reason to attend SXSW next year
