So I’m checking out Vimeo to see if this looks like a place I want to try out this vlogging thing (Vimeo is like Flickr for video). And my initial impressions are: Uh, wow, there seems to be a higher ratio of NSFW stuff here than I expected. Like, lots of model audition type videos, voyeuristic stuff, girls showing off their underwear, even actual porn outtakes (albeit with the private bits blocked out). I know Flickr has that kinda stuff too, and it’s not like it was entirely unexpected. But it was just way too easy to find this stuff (wasn’t even looking for a lot of it — just happened to be on people’s favorites lists), as opposed to having to really search and seek it out.

I don’t have anything against it really, just wondering if they should place a NSFW warning on some of these things. Also, I’m wondering if short amateurish video kinda naturally leads to NSFW kinda content. I guess a lot of people have a natural exhibitionist side.
