I was prompted yesterday to think of my personal list of guys-I-think-are-hot (known as “The List”). And I came to the realization that almost all of them are geeks. Then I started thinking of all my past dates, flings, crushes, etc. and all of them were also geeks. All of my serious relationship entanglements (bad and good) have been with geeks. Heck, I’m getting married to a geek.
I do believe I have a serious geek fetish. What can I say? Geeks are hot.
I second that. I believe geeks (in general) are hot because they are not aware that they are in fact…hot.
from the guy’s perspective… i like girls who wear glasses and are interested in the same things i am into. i have recently found out if i had to make a choice i would choose brains over looks. brains never go away and you never get sick of someone who can challenge you intellectually.
Okay that was really nice of you to say that Jack but try to apply that example in the real life. Truth is people are SHALLOW.
The way I see it it’s harder to look for a quality gf than it is to look for a slut. You pick the slut based on looks, you pick the potential gf based on personality (+looks?). This requires getting to know them which is a long process and not everybody is willing to do this. But I’m not a guy so I could be totally wrong.
One last thing: guys who wear spectacles look great too. Even more if they are left handed.

I attended a gathering last evening and there were two geek ladies there, one married. I couldn’t take my eyes off of them, such a turn on! One was wearing a skirt and very feminine, but geeky. Wanted to just give here a huge sloppy kiss!
I am a HUGE fan of IT professionals. I hate calling them geeks because many of them do not look dorky. Though they do have a stereotypically geeky profession. They are hot because they 1) know what they are doing; and 2) are my “knights in shining armor” when I am at work and am confounded by my computer. They rush in to save the day. I don’t know, that just does it for me. And don’t even mention when they “remote in” to my computer…so many flirtatious connotations there…oooh! (fans herself)
